Dr. Mike Johnston
Veterinarian/ Owner
Dr. Mike Johnston is a 1986 graduate of Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been in mixed animal practice since that time and is a member of the AVMA, IVMA and the American Association of Equine Practitioners. He and his wife Jennifer live in Franklin County with their collection of dogs and cats. Both of their children are Purdue graduates. Bridget works at the Children’s Museum in Indianapolis and Michael is currently attending medical school at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Their spare time activities includes skiing, visiting parks or attending Bengals games.
Dr. Lisa Rudnick
Veterinarian
Hello, I am Dr. Lisa Rudnick. I am a 2002 graduate of Purdue University Veterinary School. I practiced at a mixed animal veterinary practice in Northwest Ohio for 6 years and then began at Grove Veterinary Clinic in 2009 when my family and I decided to relocate back to my home town of Liberty. My husband Jason and I have two children, David and Samuel. Our children are now both in high school and they both enjoy 4-H and all aspects of dealing with the family farm. We have four dogs- Mater, Norman, Dale and Bella- three cats- Doug, Casper and Steve. We also raise sheep and show pigs for 4-H. I look forward to meeting you and your pet at Grove Veterinary Clinic!
Dr. McKenna Marshall
Veterinarian
Dr. McKenna Marshall has been with Grove Veterinary Clinic since June 2021 after graduating from Purdue University’s Veterinary School. She enjoys her time as a mixed animal veterinarian working with large and small animals alike. She has a special interest in equine dentistry and small animal internal medicine. In her spare time, she spends time with family and friends. She is a member of Cobblestone Community Church in Oxford, Ohio. She has three dogs: Oscar (a Dachshund), Larry (a Labrador Retriever), and Louie (a German Shepherd).
Braylin Minniti
Registered Veterinary Technician
Braylin is a Registered Veterinary Technician that joined the clinic in 2024. She grew up in Metamora, Indiana and graduated from Franklin County High School. Her senior year, she did an internship with us and realized this is what she wanted to do. She then got her degree at the Vet Tech Institute of Indianapolis in April of 2024.
Braylin’s favorite part of the job is being able to help patients in need, as well as bringing comfort and relief to their owners. She has lots of dogs (Freida and Trailer pictured above) along with sheep, cattle, and a donkey. Her significant other, Sam, shares her hobbies and love for animals. When she isn’t working, Braylin enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Chelsea Argo
Registered Veterinary Technician
Chelsea is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has been with Grove Veterinary Clinic since 2022. She graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science and then earned an Associate’s in Veterinary Technology from Sinclair Community College. She has many animals of her own at home including dogs, cats, horses, goats, a rabbit, a bird, and a turtle. In her free time she enjoys riding/showing horses, watching Netflix, and spending time with family, friends, and her significant other.
Kaitlyn Hartman
Vet Assistant
Kaitlyn is a veterinary assistant and started at the clinic when she was a junior in high school. She is a 2016 graduate from the Vet Tech Institute of Indianapolis. Kaitlyn’s favorite part of her job is getting to treat animals of all different sizes. She enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their daughter Matilyn. Kaitlyn and her husband raise Boer goats and have many other animals including horses, miniature donkeys, emus, cattle, chickens, dogs and cats. When she is not at work she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Morgan Gober
Vet Assistant
Morgan is a veterinary assistant and has been with the clinic since 2017.She went to Brown Mackie for their Veterinary technician program. She came to Grove Veterinary Clinic on my externship ship and immediately fell in love. She’s been here ever since! Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband Nathan and their daughter Colbie. They also will be welcoming a new baby to their family in October 2024. Morgan has two dogs- Merle and Emma, a cat and some chickens. In her free time she enjoys time with family and friends, traveling and hiking.
Molly Mason
Vet Assistant
Molly is a Veterinary Assistant that graduated from the Vet Tech Institute at International Business College in 2023. She grew up in Connersville, IN and graduated from Connersville High School. She completed her internship here through IBC and immediately fell in love with helping animals.
She has always loved animals and helping those in need. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her niece Evie, her family & her friends. She also enjoys watching movies and traveling with her family. She has a dog named Paisley and a cat named Echo.
Rebecca Weaver
Vet Assistant
Rebecca is a veterinary assistant and has been with the clinic since 2021. She grew up in West Harrison, IN and went to Franklin County Highschool. She came to Grove Vet Clinic on her summer internship right after she graduated and immediately fell in love. She has always had a huge heart for animals, especially small animals such as dogs and cats. She really enjoys the idea of helping take care of sick animals and sending them home happy and healthy. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends.
Marlyne
Receptionist
Marlyne is a receptionist and has been with the clinic since 2001. She has a dog named Tina. She enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her husband Tim. She also enjoys getting to spend time with her kids and grandchildren.
